Saudi Aviation Club — Gala Dinner

Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Eventfull delivered the official Gala Dinner for the Saudi Aviation Club at the Sand & Fun Exhibition 2025 — hosting over 250 distinguished attendees on 27 November at Thumamah Airport within King Khalid Reserve.

The project encompassed full event planning, venue preparation, hospitality services and audiovisual management. From concept development to the final ceremonial moments, the evening was executed with seamless coordination, resulting in an elegant experience that reflected the Club's prestigious legacy and celebrated the spirit of aviation in Saudi Arabia.
